INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY available on all orders, please select the relevant postage option at the checkout. International deliveries are sent using standard Royal Mail Airmail, you can select to upgrade delivery to a Priority Tracked/Signed For service. Royal Mail state that your order should arrive within 3-5 working days within Europe or 5-7 working days for the Rest of the World (these timescales are given as a guide but are not guaranteed, although the majority of orders do arrive within these timescales).
DISPATCH TIMES We aim to personalise and dispatch your order within 7 working days or less. Orders placed outside office hours (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm GMT) will be classed as received on the next working day. Non personalised items will be dispatched within 7 working days depending on workload and stock availability. If an item is required urgently or for a specific date please contact us via the contact page before placing your order and we can advise of when your order will be dispatched.
DELIVERY TIMES Once your order is dispatched you will receive an automated email to let you know that it's on it's way. Royal Mail 2nd Class aims to deliver within 2-3 days, Royal Mail 1st Class aims to deliver the next day (excl. Sundays). Although Royal Mail cannot guarantee these timescales, most orders do arrive within the specified times. If an order is urgent or required for a specific date we recommend using the Special Delivery services as this guarantees next working day delivery (from being dispatched from our Studio).
RETURNS If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order please contact us and we will do our best to help. If you should wish to return your item (within 14 days of receiving it) please email us and we will process your return and refund within 14 days. Unfortunately personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for full details.
GUARANTEE We guarantee all of our products for 6 months to be free from defects. If you should experience any issues with your item please contact us and we will happily repair or replace items (guarantee excludes general wear and tear).
GIFT WRAP & GIFT CARDS Gift wrap is in tissue paper (this type of paper is best for wrapping as the cufflink boxes have a curved lid and this contours to the profiles of the boxes) - a nice touch if sending directly to the recipient as a gift. The gift card is a double-sided card (business card size). One side is printed with some details so the recipient knows a little something about their special item, it reads: 'Handmade cufflinks & quality accessories including personalised and limited edition pieces.' "unique like the individual" 'Designed, created & made especially for you.' (There is a print of the logo with web address beneath). The reverse of the card is blank (apart from a small logo printed at the bottom) this is where your personalised message will be printed on a label and affixed. Your gift card comes in its own quality, brown 'striped' envelope. This is a great option when sending your order directly to the recipient and makes a special finishing touch. If you would like a gift card to write your own message on (or to be sent without a message) please select the gift card option when placing your order but leave the 'message' section (where you can enter your message) blank.
