Do you have a minimum order?

We currently are able to offer no-minimum order quantities for our trade customers. A delivery charge is payable which varies dependent on the size of order.

Can I open an account?

We will gladly open accounts with 30 days payment terms for our trade customers (subject to status). However first orders are usually paid on a pro-forma basis before we open an account (exclusions apply)

What are your delivery times?

Anything from 10 working days or less. Personalised items are usually worked on a 10 working day dispatch time, which is one of the quickest lead times for this type of product. This can be significantly quicker depending on our production schedule and when an order is placed. We will always try to meet your needs. Non-personalised items are on the same lead time as many items are made to order, however they can usually be dispatched within 5 working days. We cannot be held responsible for any delivery times not met due to circumstances beyond out control, such as, but not limited to: postal strikes, delays, missing post, out of stock items or materials beyond our reasonable control.

Do you sell directly to the public?

No, we do not sell directly to the public. There are many retail outlets for the ranges from Richard Cammish Studio Limited to accommodate consumer demand, it would not be in our interests to sell directly to the public as our trade customers stock, retail and promote the Richard Cammish brand. We also do not have facilities to take payments from non-account holders. Anyone who would like to find a retailer of Richard Cammish pieces can easily find retailers from a quick internet search (Google for instance) or by contacting us via the form on the Contact page.

What do the products cost?

By becoming a member of the Richard Cammish Studio Limited Retail Division website you can access the special restricted features and view brochures etc. For pricing you can phone us on the telephone number supplied on the Contact page and we will happily quote you pricing or email you an up to date price list

I have an idea/design, can you make it for me?

Yes we can! Depending on what it is you require and as long as it meets the mimimum order requirements then we are more than happy to undertake bespoke work for you to exclusively sell or promote etc. You may find that visiting our Bespoke Services website at www.richardcammish.com will give you more details about how this type of service works.
